CHORAL CLASSIC VOLUNTEER SIGNUP REMINDER
Dear Show Choir Parents,
We need your help with the Choral Classic. Thank you for volunteering. If you have not signed up or can add more shifts to your existing signups, please respond by signing up to volunteer by Sunday, March 3(please see the below link). We have 50 open slots to fill.
As you know, we are hosting the 12th annual Choral Classic on Friday, March 8th and Saturday, March 9th at our very own WWS High School. The Choral Classic is an amazing event featuring competitive and exhibition performances by show choirs and soloists from around the country. Once again, this year will feature the middle school show choir competition on Friday night and the high school competition on Saturday. It's going to be an entertaining, educational, and exciting weekend for the performers and spectators!
In order for the event to be a success, hundreds of volunteers are needed and WE NEED YOU! The Choral Classic benefits the entire show choir program, The Classics, Esprit, and the Band in many ways. We are asking all Classics, Esprit and Band parents, MOMS AND DADS, to work AT LEAST 12 HOURS across the two days. If you can commit to working more than that, especially on Saturday, this would help a ton. (And we will be eternally grateful!)
Please respond ASAP, but by Sunday, March 3rd at the latest. You will receive an email confirmation of your shift when you sign up, as well as a reminder 2 days prior to the event.
Please remember to request a volunteer t-shirt during the signup process only if you DO NOT have one from a prior year.
